Before & Aftercare

Before Your Treatment

Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications for 24 hours before
Maintain a balanced diet and good hydration in the days leading up
Wear loose, comfortable clothing to the appointment
Inform us of any allergies, recent surgeries or current medications

Aftercare

Drink at least 2L of water daily to help your body process the fat
Walk and stay gently active to support lymphatic drainage
Wear loose clothing for the first 48 hours to allow for swelling
Continue a healthy diet to support and prolong your results

✕ Aftercare - Avoid

Strenuous exercise, saunas and steam rooms for 72 hours
Alcohol for at least 48 hours after treatment
Tight clothing pressing on the treated area for 48 hours
Massage or pressure on the area for one week

What to Expect

Swelling, redness, tenderness and bruising are normal and can last up to two weeks - this is a sign the treatment is working. Visible results appear after 4–6 weeks, with a course of 3–5 sessions typically recommended.
