Booking & Treatment Policies

Clear terms, full transparency.

Please review our booking policies and treatment conditions before your appointment. By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms below.

Booking Policies & Conditions

To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to all clients, please carefully review the policies below.

01 Appointment Booking +

Appointments must be booked in advance via our online system or by phone.

A booking is not confirmed until a deposit has been received.

We request basic personal and medical information for first-time clients to ensure safe and appropriate treatment, especially where relevant medical history applies.

02 Who We Can Treat +

We treat clients aged 18 and over only. We may ask for photo ID to confirm your age before treatment. If you cannot show ID when asked, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.

03 Deposit Policy +
  • A 50% deposit is required for all minor treatments.
  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable but may be applied toward your treatment if all policies are followed.
04 Being Home and Ready +

Please be home, with your space ready, at your booked time. We allow 30 minutes from our arrival.

If we cannot reach you, get access, or start your treatment within 30 minutes of arriving, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and your deposit will be kept.

05 Rescheduling Policy +

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us enough time to offer your slot to another client.

Requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will not be accepted, and the deposit will be forfeited.

06 Cancellation Policy +

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) will result in loss of deposit.

07 Cancellation by Us +

Occasionally we may need to cancel, for example due to illness, severe weather, or safety concerns. If we cancel, you can choose between a full refund of your deposit or a new date. We are not responsible for any other costs you have arranged around the appointment.

08 Groupon Bookings +

Groupon clients are given a maximum grace period of 30 minutes.

If we cannot start your treatment within 30 minutes of arriving at your address, or you are not home, your voucher will be marked as redeemed and rescheduling will not be permitted.

09 Exceptions +

In genuine emergencies (e.g. serious illness, accidents, or bereavement), exceptions may be considered at management discretion. Supporting evidence may be required.

10 Refund Policy +

Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by us.

No refunds are given for change of mind, failure to follow aftercare, or unused services.

11 Agreement +

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Failure to read or acknowledge these policies does not exempt you from complying with them.

Home Visit Conditions

01 Where We Travel +

We are based in the SW11 area of London. We are happy to travel further, but appointments outside SW11 may include a travel fee, which we will confirm with you before you book.

Our practitioner travels by public transport, so you do not need to arrange parking.

02 Your Space +

Please have the following ready before we arrive:

  • A clean, quiet room with good lighting and a power socket nearby.
  • A table, bed or firm surface we can set up on, and a chair for the practitioner.
  • Pets kept in another room for the whole appointment.
  • No unsupervised children in the treatment area.
03 Access +

Please make sure we can get into the building and find your door, including entry codes and lift access. If we cannot get access within 30 minutes of arriving, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit will be kept.

04 Practitioner Safety +

Our practitioner works alone in clients’ homes. She may postpone treatment, or leave, if she feels unsafe or if the space is unhygienic or unsuitable. This includes situations involving aggressive behaviour, drugs or alcohol, or people present who make her uncomfortable. If this happens because of conditions at your address, the deposit will be kept. We share appointment details with a nominated contact for safety.

Treatment Conditions & Compliance

For safety, transparency and regulatory compliance, please review the following carefully.

01 Unsafe or Unsuitable Treatments or Environment +

We reserve the right to refuse or decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe, medically inappropriate, or not in the client's best interest.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Contraindications based on medical history
  • Unrealistic expectations
  • Conditions that may compromise safe results (for example an active infection, cold sore or recent sunburn)
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding, where the treatment is not recommended
  • You appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Conditions where the practitioner has concerns about her own safety

In such cases, a treatment may be postponed or cancelled for safety reasons.

If we decline treatment at consultation for medical reasons you could not have known about, we will refund or transfer your deposit.

02 Prescription-Only Treatments +

Some treatments, such as anti-wrinkle injections, use prescription-only medicines. Before your treatment, you will have a consultation with a doctor, who decides whether a prescription can be issued. The doctor may decide the treatment is not suitable for you.

03 Client Responsibility & Medical Disclosure +

Clients are required to provide accurate, complete, and honest medical information prior to any treatment.

Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or previous procedures may result in:

  • Complications or unsatisfactory results
  • Voiding of liability on our part

We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or withheld medical information.

04 Aftercare Responsibility +

Clients must strictly follow all aftercare instructions provided by the practitioner.

Failure to follow aftercare advice may lead to:

  • Poor or compromised results
  • Increased risk of complications

We will not be held responsible for outcomes affected by non-compliance with aftercare guidelines.

05 Results & Complaints +

Aesthetic treatments are not an exact science, and results may vary between individuals.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on factors such as:

  • Individual healing response
  • Lifestyle and aftercare compliance

Any concerns or complaints must be reported within a reasonable timeframe following treatment. We will assess all concerns professionally and may offer a review appointment where appropriate.

Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction alone where the treatment has been performed correctly and safely.

06 Complications & Follow-Up +

In the rare event of complications, clients must contact us immediately for guidance.

If you have any unexpected pain, swelling, skin colour change or other concern after treatment, contact us straight away on +44 7848 519034. In an emergency, call 999 or go to A&E, then let us know.

Seeking external treatment without notifying us may affect our ability to assess responsibility. Please also tell us if you seek treatment elsewhere, so we can share your treatment records and help with your care.

07 Photographs +

We take before and after photos as part of your medical record. They are stored securely and are not shared without your consent.

We will only use photos on our website or social media if you give separate written consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time, and we will remove the photos from our own channels.

08 Conduct +

We have zero tolerance for abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards our practitioner. Such behaviour will end the appointment immediately, the full appointment price will be charged, and we may refuse future bookings.

09 Data Protection & GDPR +

All personal and medical information is handled in accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and applicable data protection laws.

Your data will be:

  • Collected only for legitimate medical and administrative purposes
  • Stored securely and confidentially
  • Not shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law

Clients have the right to:

  • Request access to their personal data
  • Request corrections or updates
  • Request deletion where legally applicable

We never sell your data. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

10 Consent & Legal Compliance +

All clients are required to complete and sign a consultation and consent form prior to treatment.

By proceeding with any treatment, you confirm that:

  • You understand the risks, benefits, and limitations
  • You have provided accurate information
  • You agree to comply with all aftercare instructions and our policies
11 Our Liability +

We carry out every treatment with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses you suffer in the course of a business. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

12 Policy Enforcement +

These conditions are in place to protect both the client and our practitioner.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in refusal of treatment, cancellation of services, or restriction from future bookings.

By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept all of the terms outlined above.
Thank you for your trust and cooperation.
