Recommended Treatment Plan

  • Treatment is often considered every 3 - 4 months, depending on muscle activity, response and frequency of sauna and gym usage.

Before & Aftercare

Before Your Treatment

  • Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications (aspirin, ibuprofen) for 24 hours before
  • Disclose any history of allergies, neurological conditions or recent vaccinations
  • Inform us of any current medications, especially antibiotics
  • Arrive with clean skin, no make-up where possible, and well hydrated

Aftercare

  • Stay upright for at least four hours after your treatment
  • Gently exercise the treated muscles by frowning and smiling for the first hour
  • Stay hydrated and continue your normal skincare routine
  • Allow up to 14 days for the full effect to settle in

✕ Aftercare - Avoid

  • Lying flat, bending forward or massaging the treated area for 24 hours
  • Strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms and hot showers for 24 hours
  • Alcohol and blood-thinning medications for 24 hours after
  • Facials, laser treatments and microdermabrasion for two weeks

What to Expect

You may notice mild redness or small bumps for a few hours after treatment. Results begin appearing within 3–5 days and reach their full effect by 14 days, lasting 3–4 months on average. We have a 1-1 medical consultation prior to any treatment.
